Clinical Negligence Paralegal

A Legal 500 ranked law firm is looking for a paralegal to join their team, based in Manchester. THE TEAM AND THE ROLE This team has a market-leading reputation for clinical negligence work. The role will be based in their central Manchester office. As a paralegal in the team, you will assist the team in managing their caseloads. This will include carrying out administrative tasks such as maintaining the database and time recording. You will also assist with case-based tasks including obtaining expert opinions and assessing viability of cases. You will also obtain disclosure of medical records and other case related documentation, prepare instructions to medical experts and counsel, and draft witness statements.
