Residential Conveyancer

A well-regarded regional firm is looking for residential conveyancers to join their teams in East Sussex. THE ROLE Due to increased volumes of transactions in their Residential Conveyancing teams, the firm is looking to recruit experienced conveyancers to handle their own caseloads. You will act for buyers and sellers, managing all aspects of the transactions from initial contact to registration. Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and buy-to-lets. You will advise on SDLT including higher rates, reliefs and exemptions. You will develop relationships with agents, brokers and property professionals.
