Technical Residential Property Solicitor

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking for a Solicitor to join them in their Leasehold Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions team, based in Greater London. THE FIRM AND THE ROLE This Legal 500 ranked firm serves a wide range of commercial and private clients across London and the surrounding counties. They are a well-established, modern, and very successful firm. The team is relatively small at the moment but is expanding, with lots of work coming in. They are a fun and friendly group of people who work really well together. As a Solicitor in this team, you will manage a caseload of matters including leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, and tenant's right of first refusal. You will also manage a team of paralegals who will assist you with your work, and each have their own caseloads of lease extensions. You will also market the team and department, and take part in business development and networking to grow the team further. ABOUT YOU - You will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE - You will have strong experience of managing your own residential property caseloads - You will have experience in managing lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement matters - You will ideally have some team management experience, or at least the desire to grow a team FURTHER INFORMATION - Salary for this role starts at £50,000 and increases depending on experience - Hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days at home) - 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus a day off for your birthday - Profit share bonus and Christmas bonus - Medicash health plan - Private medical insurance If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please send your up-to-date CV to amandayoung@bcllegal.com.
