Residential Conveyancer

A Top 200 law firm in Lincolnshire is looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their residential property team. THE FIRM AND THE ROLE They are a leading 'Top 200' law firm which provides a comprehensive range of legal and financial services. They deliver first class, client focused and trusted advice to individuals and businesses from its offices across East Midlands. As a lawyer in the team, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity releases and shared ownerships. You will be working as part of a highly regarded team with a strong reputation both locally and further afield, and you will benefit from a strong source of work.
