Residential Conveyancer

A leading law firm in Cambridgeshire is looking for a Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team. THE FIRM AND THE ROLE They have been established for over 100 years, and have built a reputation for great quality, hard work. They pride themselves on providing exceptional legal advice to their valued client base and supporting their clients every step of the way. The firm work for clients across numerous practice areas including Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Conveyancing, Wills, Probate & Trusts, Employment, and Family. Their tight knit residential property team is looking for a Conveyancer to join them. As a member of the team you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, right-to-buy, new builds, and lease extensions.
