Residential Conveyancer

A well-established, national firm is looking for a Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team, in Solihull. THE FIRM They take pride in their vast experience and their client care skills. They are very highly regarded in terms of their residential property work, and deal with all aspects of property law. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Conveyancer in the Residential Property team, you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions. You will also contribute to the growth of the work in the team where possible, and you will supervise your own conveyancing assistant/secretary who will assist you with your work. Caseload volumes will vary depending on the market at any given time, but generally the firm looks for around 25-30 new cases to be handled per month, with support from your conveyancing assistant.
