Experienced Residential Conveyancer

A regional firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their team, based in Birmingham. THE ROLE As a conveyancer in the firm's team, you will be managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files. The work consists of freehold and leasehold work which comes from all over the country. ABOUT YOU - You will have at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing - Your experience should cover freehold and leasehold work - You will have strong practical knowledge of the conveyancing process - You will have excellent communication skills - You will be committed to client care FURTHER INFORMATION - Salary on offer is £35,000+ - Flexibility to work as much as you like with the ability to be remunerated for doing so This role is ideal for someone looking for a new opportunity with a friendly and collegiate firm, complete with great work/life balance.
