Family Solicitor - Head Of Department

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join a regional firm in their Family team as Head of Department, based in Shropshire. THE ROLE The firm is currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Family Lawyer. You will act as head of the department, running your own case load of family matters and managing the team within a busy environment. ABOUT YOU - You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals and other third parties - You will have a willingness to take part in business generation and development - You will have experience of dealing with significant financial settlements and private law child applications - You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and of the Money Laundering Regulations - You will ideally have experience of managing a small team FURTHER INFORMATION Flexible and hybrid working is on offer, alongside a highly competitive salary and varied workload.
