Private Client Head of Department

A regional firm is looking for a Solicitor to join them as Head of the Private Client department, based in Wolverhampton. THE ROLE As the head of the private client department, you will advise on wills and trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning, powers of attorney, trusts, deputyships and declarations of trust. You will also manage and develop departmental precedents.
