Residential Conveyancer

A regional firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team, based in Shrewsbury. THE ROLE As a conveyancer in the firm's busy and expanding residential team, you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters involving sales and purchases, new build purchases, unregistered conveyancing, remortgages, equity release and transfer of equity.
