Residential Conveyancer

A progressive and forward thinking regional firm is looking to recruit Residential Conveyancers to join their teams based in Devon. THE ROLE As a conveyancer in the residential team, you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and transfer of equity matters. ABOUT YOU - You will be a solicitor, legal executive or experienced conveyancing executive - You will have experience of working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner - You will be confident managing your own busy caseload - You will have experience of ensuring transactions proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible - You will possess strong communication skills and inspire confidence with clients FURTHER INFORMATION - Highly competitive salary - Great benefits on offer - Friendly and collegiate team - Career progression opportunities available Employment will be subject to a clear DBS check.
