Professional Indemnity Associate

Professional Indemnity Solicitor, London We are working with a leading insurance firm who are looking to add a Professional Indemnity Solicitor to their London-based team. Working as part of this high profile team you will assist with complex insurance litigation in all areas of professional and financial lines. The Role: *To join the professional and financial lines team as an Associate or Senior Associate dependent on your experience * Manage your own caseload of high value and complex professional indemnity claims covering a range of financial institutions in the London and international markets as well as cyber insurers * Provide advice on policy coverage matters as well as D&O liability * Assist or support Associates and/or Partners on larger complex cases The Candidate: *To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience (post qualification) handling insurance disputes relating to financial institutions, policy coverage matters and Directors' and Officers' liability. *You will have a commercial outlook and will have an interest in working across international and jurisdictional boundaries and in emerging markets.
