Here you will work within the healthcare department working on a broad range of defendant clinical negligence claims. The Role: *As part of a specialist clinical negligence team you will undertake the highest calibre work for major client's that include the NHSR with this leading team *You will be working alongside partners and associates advising clients to defend high value defendant clinical negligence complex claims * Good opportunity if you're looking to step up into an instrumental and challenging position with genuine progression prospects The Candidate: *This role is ideally suited to a 4+PQE solicitor with defendant clinical negligence experience *The team would also encourage lawyers with claimant experience to apply, provided they have handled their own multi track litigated clinical negligence claims * Legal Executives with minimum two years experience managing their own litigated caseload of clinical negligence claims are also invited to apply *Due to the complex nature of the work, academics are important to this firm and you should be able to demonstrate your aptitude for understanding technical and challenging claims.
