NQ Litigation Solicitor This leading international insurance firm are looking to recruit a NQ-2PQE litigation solicitor to join their professional indemnity team in Bristol. The Role: - The successful candidate will be given full responsibility for defending professional indemnity claims including those against solicitors, barristers, valuers and managing agents. - Over time you will also see claims from the emerging markets increase but you will also provide representation on other matters including regulatory issues, risk management and Ombudsman complaints. - You will also be given the opportunity to advise on coverage and policy issues. The Person:- - Ideally you will be a NQ-2PQE solicitor with a professional indemnity experience. - NQ solicitors that have completed a seat in commercial litigation solicitors looking to specialise in professional indemnity are encouraged to apply. - If you are solicitor practising in London looking to relocate back to the regions and joining a top tier international firm, this is an excellent opportunity.
