A top Newcastle firm is looking for a Solicitor to add to their Sports Law team, based in Newcastle. The Firm & Team: - Tier 1 firm and department - Culture focused firm - Excellent career progression The Role: - Advise national governing bodies, professional leagues, clubs, athletes and suppliers - Prepare commercial contracts - Advise on sports governance and regulatory issues, interpreting rules and governing documents The Candidate: - 4-6 PQE, but flexible - Understand the different types of league structure - Knowledge of data protection compliance within a sports context and general IP issues - Strong client relations - Eager to get involved with BD BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
