A North East firm is looking for a Criminal Defence Solicitor to join their busy team. The Firm & Team: - Well established firm - Legal aid practice - Offers a high quality service to all clients The Role: - Become a specialist criminal solicitor and advocate - Advise, assist and act for clients - Conduct advocacy and brief counsel - Engage with business development - Participate in the Police Station rota The Candidate: - Must be able to communicate clearly - Strong advocate - Experience in Legal Aid criminal practice - Ideally some experience with running Crown Court files BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
