A top tier international firm is looking for a Solicitor to join their Commercial & Regulatory team as part of their Risk department, encompassing a role with a PSL element . The Firm & Team: - Top tier international firm - Team works across the UK and globally - Team supports the business in analysing legal risk The Role: - Play an important role in a broad range of matters related to the firm, clients and the development and growth of the business - Role encompasses a Legal, PSL, Risk and Compliance element - Negotiate key supplier contracts for the firm - Consider financial crime and sanctions issues - Get involved in strategic activity and support the Firm's board The Candidate: - 2PQE+ - Ideally either commercial and transactional, or risk and regulation experience - Able to see the big picture BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
