Corporate Solicitor

A top tier Newcastle based firm is looking for a Solicitor to add to their growing Corporate team. The Firm & Team: - Highly regarded top tier firm - Ranked in top 20 for corporate deal volume - Advised on transactions totalling over £1 billion in the last two years The Role: - Manage a workload of corporate transactions and company law advisory work - Act on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and restructuring projects - Work with clients across a variety of sectors including technology, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing - Engage with business development - Supervise junior team members The Candidate: - 1-6 PQE+ - Good experience within corporate law - Experience with M&A is preferred - Team player BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
