The Firm & Team: - International firm - Legal 500 ranked across the UK - Offers a great work life balance and flexibility - Friendly and supportive team The Role: - Work on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious employment matters - Advise employers in a variety of sectors, including retail, health, logistics and insurance work - For senior candidates the role will include assisting in the effective running of the team - Engage with business development and marketing activities The Candidate: - 3 PQE+ - Experience with handling tribunal claims from start to finish - Experience with contentious and non-contentious natters - Confident communicator - Some experience with business development BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
