Senior Associate Commercial Litigation

A tier 1 Scottish firm is looking for a Senior Associate to add to their Commercial Litigation team, based in Aberdeen. The Firm & Team: - Tier 1 firm and department - Well established, with a strong reputation - Supportive and collaborative culture The Role: - Provide advice and representation for clients in contract disputes, with a focus on the energy sector - Get involved with corporate disputes, international arbitration and commercial mediation - Act for corporate clients, high net worth individuals and investors/funds - Get involved with business development and maintain relationships - Assist with supervising junior team members The Candidate: - 5 PQE+ - Good commercial awareness - Knowledge of court procedure - Clear communicator BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
