A strong Newcastle firm is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join their team, focusing on the Heathcare sector. The Firm & Team: - Top tier firm and team - Represent NHS Trusts, Primary Care organisations and health care sector organisations - Supportive environment The Role: - Advise NHS Trusts on their estates - Advise clients on the sale and acquisition of healthcare property, including hospitals - Represent clients to bamks on real estate elements of healthcare projects - Refinance and portfolio transfer - Get involved with BD, as well as supervising more junior members of staff The Candidate: - 4 PQE+ - Experience with Real Estate law and the Healthcare sector - Knowledge of the NHS structure and approvals process BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
