The Firm & Team: - High performing, Legal 500 ranked team - Strong Scottish and international presence - Supportive and collaborative team The Role: - Handle a wide range of complex, high value matters, often with an international element - Caseload will include professional indemnity defence work representing clients such as engineers, architects, design and build contractors, interior designers - Work on international and national construction all risk disputes, insurance policy coverage disputes and insurance advisory matters - Work with high profile clients including leading insurers and major brokers - Get involved with business development initiatives in Scotland and London The Candidate: - 1PQE+ - Background in either construction, litigation or insurance work - Scottish or English qualified BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
