A top tier, highly regarded Scottish firm is looking for a Solicitor to join their Real Estate Litigation team, based in Edinburgh. The Firm & Team: - Top tier, Legal 500 recommended firm and team - Regularly instructed to act on landmark cases in the Supreme Court - Supportive and collaborative culture The Role: - Get involved with complex, high profile property disputes - Work with investors/funds, estate owners, retailers, house builders and commercial landlords/tenants - Engage with business development and play a part in growing the teams profile - Represent clients and conduct advocacy in the various courts The Candidate: - 1-7 PQE - Ideally some property litigation exposure and experience - Team player - Excellent attention to detail BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
