Employment lawyer

A large international firm is looking for an Associate to join their Employment team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The Firm & Team: - Legal 500 recommended Employment team - Strong Scottish, national and international presence - Well established department with a great client base The Role: - Get involved with a wide variety of work including HR advisory, employment tribunal litigation, M&A and outsourcing, advise on grievances, disciplinaries - Provide support to the corporate, restructuring and other departments on employment related issues - Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development The Candidate: - 3PQE+ - Strong experience with Employment law - Strong communication skills BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
