A top tier international firm is looking for a Senior Lawyer to add to their Restructuring team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The Firm & Team: - Legal 500 recommended, award winning team - Numerous high profile positions on panels - Full service offering across restructuring The Role: - Work across either contentious or non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters - Review and advise on cases for litigation funders - Advise major clearing banks and alternative lenders in connection with distressed work-outs - Advise directors on their own obligations - Engage with business development - Opportunities for secondments The Candidate: - Experience with restructuring, corporate, litigation would be ideal - Excellent attention to detail - Scottish or English qualified BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
