A top Scottish firm is looking for an ambitious solicitor to join its litigation team in Glasgow as an Associate. The Firm & Team: - Powerful, top tier team - Experienced and well established - Act on large commercial disputes The Role: - Act on behalf of clients in t6he resolution of contentious issues including conducting hearings, adjudication, ADR - Provide clear, practical and commercial advice to clients - Actively participate in business development opportunities The Candidate: - 4 PQE + - Experience with construction, general commercial litigation or debt recovery is expected - Able to generate work through their reputation and contacts - Able to demonstrate a track record and experience in business development - Able to manage a varied workload BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
