Commercial Solicitor - Liverpool Well liked tier two national firm has an opening for a junior to mid level commercial solicitor to join the expanding team in Liverpool The Firm and the Team - Top 50 UK law firm with offices throughout the country - Award winning employer - Proud of its positive grown-up people-oriented working culture - National commercial team working with a broad range of high quality private and public sector commercial clients - Covers an extensive range of non-contentious commercial matters, more broad-ranging than many commercial teams What's on offer? - A genuinely broad range of commercial matters including commercial contracts, IP, IT, data protection, procurement, competition, state aid and outsourcing - Very cross sector work, with specific focus on retail, media, pharmaceuticals, transport, logistics, insurance, tech, and a wide range of public sector organisations including police forces, universities and local authorities - Everything from day-to-day contracts up to major projects - The opportunity to develop your own caseload of matters as well as working as part of a team on larger matters and large scale projects - Excellent partner support Who are they looking for? - A qualified solicitor NQ to five years' PQE in general commercial matters - Additional experience in IP, data protection and/or competition law desirable but not essential - A commercial approach and well developed critical thinking - A solid academic profile - Client facing and an enthusiasm for business development If you're interested in this role, please apply now or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us.
