Banking Solicitor, Manchester - NQ+ This is an exciting opportunity for a banking solicitor to join a leading banking team in Manchester city centre. The Firm and The Team - National firm with a great reputation in the banking market- legal 500 recommended team - Recruiting for an associate to join the team- due to growth - Award winning firm - The banking and finance team provide expert and commercial advice in all areas of general corporate lending (including acquisition finance), real estate finance and renewables finance. - The team advise a number of key clients on the borrower and lender side -Opportunity to work with an excellent client base- the team act for a broad range of debt funders and have positions on the general lending panels of nearly all the high street lenders. In addition, they act for a wide spectrum of corporate borrowers in all of their key sectors in the investment and non investment grade spaces. -The focus of the banking team is acting lender side on transactions including acting for all of the UK clearing banks, the so-called challenger banks and investment funds. The team also advises many of the firm's corporate and real estate clients who are undertaking transactions in the debt markets.
