The Corporate Tax opportunity - Corporate Tax lawyer-senior associate level - You will join a high profile national Tax team - The Tax team act for pensions funds, charities, corporations, entrepreneurs, registered providers of social housing and local authorities in domestic and international tax advice - The incoming lawyer will be assisting with the tax aspects of the following; corporate share sales, asset sales, commercial property sales, joint ventures, property investment and development structures, Islamic compliant finance structures, urban and land regeneration projects, employment tax.
