Employment Lawyer Associate / Senior Associate This is a new role to join a well known international law firm as an Associate or Senior Associate in the Employment team, based in London. The Role As an Employment Associate / Senior Associate in this team, you would: *Join an employment team with lawyers across a national network of offices. *Provide contentious and non-contentious employment advice and support to well known clients within the healthcare sector. *Work as part of a team known for their technical excellence and experience, where you can develop a real insight into working with a range of clients on top quality Respondent work. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this Employment Associate vacancy, you will have: *A minimum of two years' PQE with a strong emphasis on Respondent employment work (candidates with more PQE are also encouraged to apply). *Experience working in a national or well known regional firm known for delivering quality employment advice. *Experience dealing with employment matters for healthcare clients would be desirable although not a necessity. *A strong academic background. *A good teamwork ethic. *An excellent understanding of client service and an eagerness to build relationships.
