Energy Commercial Property Solicitor - 12 month fixed term contract Excellent opportunity to join a national firm in London in their successful Energy department to focus on Real Estate matters. You will work on a wide range of matters within the energy sector; acting for a broad range of energy developers and landowners. From small scale green field energy developments, to complex rooftop solar projects, to multi-landowner multi-million pound nationally significant projects. You'll also also provide real estate support for corporate transactions associated with energy projects such as the real estate elements of SPV share sales or Power Purchase Agreements.
