EL/PL Solicitor An EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 Defendant law firm based in Liverpool . Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The Client This role in the Casualty team is within an award winning, international practice with an enviable reputation in the market. The Team: Casualty team provides a full, expert service in defending public and employers' liability claims, particularly workplace, public sector and claims against the emergency services. The team is second-to-none in providing defendant litigation services in these specialist areas. We operate on a national basis with dedicated workplace, public and police teams. The Role: Manage pre lit and litigated EL/PL claims to include sensitive claims involving safeguarding issues Experience of defending litigated and pre lit EL/PL claims, preferably involving experience of public sector claims Excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation Ability to influence a broad range of people including key decision makers Excellent organisation skills Excellent time management skills Applications are invited from candidates who have experience managing your own caseload of Casualty EL/PL files and you must have experience of litigation.
