Litigation Lawyer An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 3+ PQE lawyer to join a leading Jersey based law firm. The Firm/Role - The team regularly acts for defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury and clinical negligence claims - Recognised for having one of the largest plaintiff-based practices on the island - Known for their specialised expertise on some of the most complex claims - Matters will include Accidents at work; Asbestos-related disease; Clinical negligence; Car accidents; Slips, trips and falls; Faulty products; Assault claims; Children's accidents - As well as the above there will be some involvement in wider contentious matters including; Commercial Litigation; Contentious Probate; Trusts; Property Disputes Requirements - 3 years'+ PQE (no ceiling on the PQE level) - Confident litigator - Experience dealing with offshore matters would be desirable although not a requirement On Offer - Excellent quality work - Opportunity to join a leading law firm in the Channel Islands - Flexible/hybrid working once settled BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
