Professional Indemnity Solicitor - Dublin A leading insurance and professional indemnity law firm are seeking to recruit a Professional Indemnity Lawyer to join their growing team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity where you will handle high quality professional indemnity work acting on behalf of a range of insurers, professionals and business'. The Opportunity · Excellent opportunity to join an expanding partner led professional indemnity team · The team act on for wide range of businesses, professionals and their insurers in relation to professional indemnity claims against solicitors, accountants, architects and surveyors, as well as emerging professionals · Handle your own caseload of claims as well as assisting on more complex high value claims · Access to structured and supportive ongoing training Requirements · Strong Litigation experience in the High Court and Circuit Court - this does not necessarily need to be within a professional indemnity context · Applications are encouraged from solicitors with commercial litigation experience with an interest in handling technical and complex claims · Preferably from a Defence background · Good technical dispute resolution experience · Solid academics · Experience ideally gained in a national or regional commercial firm On Offer · Hybrid working · Excellent quality broad ranging professional indemnity work · Market leading salary/package · Strong benefits package · Collaborative working environment BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
