Asbestos Solicitor THE FIRM/ROLE - We have been instructed by an award winning top tier law firm who are seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor to work on a caseload of asbestos related disease matters - Based out of the firms Chester or Manchester office - Candidates from NQ level upwards will be considered - The team is top ranked for their work in the Disease field - They have extensive experience representing victims of asbestos related diseases, operating as part of a successful team which is one of the most reputable in the country dedicated to representing clients with asbestos related illnesses - As a member of the team you'll investigate and litigate complex cases, working to develop your technical expertise, deliver exceptional client care and meet agreed performance targets - This is an opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team working in this rewarding and fulfilling specialist area REQUIREMENTS - NQ+ solicitor - Claimant litigation experience, preferably some specialist experience in litigating asbestos related disease cases in the High Court - Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and preferably the ability to draft pleadings - An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to respond to challenges quickly - Good advocacy skills and preferably experience of representing clients at CMCs - Excellent inter-personal skills including sensitivity towards clients, empathy and good communication skills ON OFFER - Opportunity to join a supportive and collegiate team - Excellent quality work - Hybrid working - Competitive salary BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
