The firm deal with very high quality RTA (within the new reforms), Credit hire and personal injury cases and have grown steadily over the past few years. As a result of our success we are now looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience of working in a fast paced, cost driven environment. Personal Specification: Previous experience of running a litigated Pi caseload, the team are happy to train on the credit hire elements. The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse files and data The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Able to build effective, professional relationships with external clients and internal colleagues Excellent negotiation skills BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
