Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor - Central London Regional property specialise law firm is recruiting for an experienced conveyancer/Solicitor to join its leading conveyancing team in Central London THE FIRM The firm is a market leader in the conveyancing sector. It prides itself on working closely with its clients to offer a service which encompasses both technical expertise and an efficient service. Due to their excellent location, this firm deals primarily with high value transactions and high net worth individuals. They have a number of local referrers and have recently secured new contracts with new clients in the local area. THE ROLE This role will involve acting on behalf of a range of builders, lenders and private clients the successful fee earner will be exposed to a wide range of matters You will be exposed to high quality work and have the opportunity to work on a low volume, varied caseload REQUIREMENTS Residential conveyancers applying must have at least 2 years experience handling a caseload from inception through to completion using a case management system Experience dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages and shared ownership matters is essential.
