THE FIRM - Established London practice - Long standing market presence - Conveniently located offices near to transport links - Accredited by the law Law Society THE TEAM - The property team deal with all aspects of property law - Handling transactions in relation to all properties from large to small - Particular focus on high value properties valued in excess of £1 million - Matters include Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Sales and Purchases of Businesses including shops and factories THE ROLE - Opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Residential Property - Dealing with a full remit of Residential Conveyancing transactions REQUIREMENTS - 2+ PQE - Well versed in handling a varied caseload from inception through to completion ON OFFER - Competitive salary commensurate with experience and level - Bonus' - Hybrid working BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
