Clinical Negligence Solicitor, London A leading national law firm in London are recruiting for their clinical negligence team. The Role: -Based in central London -Working for tier 1 claimant clinical negligence team -Caseload will include varied high value/complex claims -The team handles medical negligence claims for people who have suffered illness or injury as a result of substandard care in any medical setting to include treatment from a GP, hospital or private clinic. Claims include but not limited to complex birth injury claims (including injury to both mother and baby), wrongful birth claims, spinal injury claims, surgical claims, orthopaedic claims, fatal accident claims, delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment and incorrect or inappropriate treatment.
