The Opportunity Commercial property solicitor within the Commercial Property team in Ipswich. Join a team undertaking a variety of work including development and investment, planning, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters. They also advising on high value, high profile transactions and clients. About You You will need to be: · 1-3 PQE · Qualified solicitor Ideally have experience in: o Commercial landlord and tenant work o Investment and asset management o General commercial property development o Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters o Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions Any applicant with more or less PQE than that mentioned in the vacancy details will be considered on their individual merits.
