The firmwide life sciences and digital health practice reflects the full diversity of the life sciences sector, ranging from start-ups and venture-backed companies to MNCs, research organisations to grant funders, research parks, CROs and technology consultancies. The Role The life sciences group advises on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, patent strategy and related commercial matters. They advise on licensing, partnering, research and development, joint venture and other commercialisation transactions. They also work on IP issues associated with spin-outs and funding rounds.
