The Team Join a fast growing life sciences team, who are part of the large and friendly commercial IP and IT team. The Role You will undertake a wide range of work for life sciences businesses (including pharmaceutical and drug discovery businesses, medical devices companies, and service suppliers to the life sciences industry) and other clients of the commercial, IP and IT team. The work will include advising on: * IP licensing and partnering transactions * clinical trial agreements * commercial contracts * research collaborations * IP protection * regulatory issues in life sciences * data protection and due diligence for corporate transactions relating to life sciences.
