Commercial Associate | IP | IT | Tech | 3+ PQE| Northampton The Firm Times Best Law firm, among the UK Top 70 More than 800 lawyers across the UK with over 150 partners 11 offices Significant recent expansion Full service to business and individuals The Team * The Commercial team has 30 lawyers across the UK including 7 partners * Operates across all 11 offices The Role Work on general commercial contract matters across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on IP/IT and Technology It will include routine and complex commercial transactions, research and development activities, and strategic outsourcing/service-related projects. Your work will also involve technology, e-commerce and the internet, including advising on innovative technological solutions and data protection matters. In addition to your general commercial and technology work, you will also advise clients on the existence, ownership, protection, development and exploitation of their IP rights.
