**Head of Residential Conveyancing / Residential Conveyancer role available in Devon** Fantastic opportunity available with a well established, progressive and forward-thinking practice who are committed to providing a high level of service to all clients. My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Residential Conveyancer to take on the role of Head of Residential Conveyancing at their office in Devon. The Head of Residential Conveyancing will manage a busy and expanding team of conveyancing fee earners, be responsible for the day to day management of the team including acting as an escalation point for junior or non-qualified members of the team whilst undertaking a full range of conveyancing work from inception to post completion. You will also take responsibility for the relationships with referrer clients including lenders and estate agencies. You will possess strong communication skills allowing you to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues across the firm.
