Residential Property Solicitor/CILEx

My award winning, top 100 law firm client's are looking for an experienced Solicitor/CILEx/FILEx/Qualified Conveyancer to join their thriving Residential Property team in their Gloucester and/or Herefordshire office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has existing Private Property experience, is ambitious, dynamic and happy to get stuck in to help support a busy Practice. Salary - Fantastic- Competitive plus bonus Working with the wider team your role will be to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, such as; freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and new build matters, from initial instruction through to completion. You will need to demonstrate that you're able to multitask, are adept in communicating with your clients and colleagues and able to deliver a first-class service that our team are renowned for providing. You will be reporting to the Property Partner and ideally you will have a relevant qualification for the role (Solicitor, CLC, CILEX) but most importantly proven experience in residential property matters to really be able to hit the ground running.
