Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee earner - SHROPSHIRE We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a vibrant & engaging law firm with a modern twist. Have the opportunity of progression & developing Residential Property expertise whilst working alongside one of the Directors You will likely be: * Either a paralegal or trainee solicitor/legal executive with experience of working within a Residential or Commercial Property department * Target driven * A team player * Not shy to express your opinion, be open to feedback and have a desire to progress * Flexible in your methods and thinking * Able to support clients and able to learn how to communicate with them without legalese * Wanting to deliver a high level of service to clients and to be available to them * Wanting to achieve the objectives of the company and your clients and be prepared to fully engage in the needs and requirements a Commercial client has * Able to use your own initiative and come up with innovative ideas * Be willing to want to progress * Organised and structured in your work * Be a team player You won't be * Closed and defensive * Be afraid to try new ways of working and working as part of a team Keys tasks and responsibilities * To work in the Conveyancing department as part of a team & assist with progressing Residential property transactions * To deal with incoming communications efficiently and be able to communicate well with clients * To participate in the business of the company in such a manner so as to develop your own knowledge and skills * To contribute to the development of the business, office systems and the organisation of your department If this role is of interest, please send your updated CV to carlaudall@bcllegal.com
