Corporate Solicitor

Successful and growing technology company seeks corporate solicitor to join it's established in-house legal department in Manchester as In-house Counsel. Role - In-house Counsel / NQ-2 years' PQE Corporate Solicitor Working as part of an experienced team of in-house solicitors in Manchester, as In-house Counsel you will work across the business on a broad range of corporate (deals, restructurings, JVs, refinancings etc), commercial and company secretarial matters. Duties will include deals, restructurings, joint ventures, refinancings and other business transactions, as well as negotiating and drafting commercial agreements such as sale and supply contracts, licensing agreements and brand related matters The legal team is well embedded within the business and through your support on corporate and business transaction matters, you will have a high degree of interaction with key decision makers and senior stakeholders. About you: We are looking for an NQ-2 years' PQE solicitor, ideally with corporate and/or corporate commercial experience. Existing in-house experience is beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
