Property Litigation Associate/Senior Associate BCL is currently instructed by a very reputable firm who are looking to recruit a property litigation solicitor to join a rapidly growing team of property litigation solicitors in Warwickshire. This role will suit a personable and hardworking property litigation solicitor who wants to join a firm who have great quality of property litigation work outside of the city. There is a great opportunity to play a key part in the marketing of both the department and the firm as well as providing a great platform from which to build your own career. This firm is well known for the quality of the work and expertise. The team carry out work for an enviable client base and cover the full spectrum of property litigation, to include:- - lease renewals and terminations, - property contract disputes, - professional negligence, - restrictive covenants, - issues surrounding overage. Ideally the firm is looking to recruit at either Associate or Senior Associate level.
