The team are seeking a commercial litigation solicitor with 2+ PQE who has gained broad exposure across a range of commercial litigation work. This could include contract disputes, professional negligence, partnership, company and shareholder disputes. We advise clients on High Court litigation, adjudication, mediation, expert determination and arbitration. Candidates should enjoy working on a broad range of matters for PLC and larger SME clients. The successful commercial litigation solicitor will under take their own case load of work and assist Partners on work complex files. As a commercial litigation solicitor with this team, you will enjoy a friendly and collaborative working environment in which people work together to help each other.
