Healthcare Regulatory & Inquests Solicitor - Birmingham (1PQE+) This is a great opportunity for a Healthcare Solicitor 1+ years' PQE to work within a top 100 law firm based in Birmingham. Working within a fantastic team that provides high quality support to NHS clients in varied contentious and non-contentious matters which include inquests, health & safety, court of protection and challenging treatments decisions. The role: You will be supporting and representing client on a broad range of healthcare issues, inquests and court of protection matters. The candidate: - Must be 1PQE+ solicitor with previous experience/knowledge in Healthcare Law - Previous Advocacy/Inquest experience would be preferable - A good understanding of the Mental Health and Capacity Law as well as Court of Protection - A good team player who is able to stay organised with a practical approach What's on offer?
